San Jose Sewer Replacement & Repair Grant: CCTV (Video) Inspection Services

If San Jose City provides your sewer utility service and you need to make an upgrade or repair to your private sewer line, you can take advantage of their Grant Program.
For San Jose City residents, the City of San Jose has a program to help private residences upgrade or repair their private sewer lines. It is the City’s Sewer Replacement or Repair Grant Program which you may be able to qualify for to offset the cost of repairs–when funding is available. To qualify, you need to submit a CCTT video inspection of your sewer line, along with three quotes from qualified contractors.
At Freedom Underground, we provide CCTV (video) inspections (aka a camera inspection) to give you the required footage for the San Jose Sewer Replacement or Repair Grant application. For $375, our camera inspection service includes a detailed video and a written report, giving you a clear understanding of the condition of your sewer line. This allows you to make an informed decision about whether repairs or replacements are needed. The report can be separate or part of our estimate/quote for the repair project. Either format will be sufficient for San jose.
