• Leak Locating/Detection: Utilizing advanced techniques like acoustic and gas leak detection equipment, we can pinpoint the exact location of the leak if not already known, even hidden underground and under concrete slabs. Our service fee for leak locating/detection is typically $375 for a locating service where we find the leak within an hour. There might be a surcharge to cover the cost of tracer gas if your water line is longer than a typical residence in our area. You will not find a better price for this service, but if you do we will match it.
• Repair or Replacement: Once located (or if the water leak location is already known), we will assess the severity of the leak and the affected plumbing components. Repairs might involve patching pipes, replacing valves, or even rerouting sections of plumbing. Replacements are usually HDPE or copper pipe for residential. Other materials such as cast iron are used for commercial/larger-diameter water lines.
• We can fix water leaks in all types of pipe: PVC, HDPE, Copper, and Cast Iron.
