Our commitment to our customers is to provide a trouble-free plumbing solution for the lifetime of the products we install. However, please note that product failures, such as a pump, are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Improper usage or abuse of installed parts and equipment. Examples:
    • Buried pipes should remain buried.
    • Any modifications to installed parts may impact the warranty.
    • Letting anything that is not human waste or toilet paper pass into a sewage pump.
  • Damage due to earthquakes, trees, and other natural causes.
