We Hold Both the A-License General Engineering Contractor and a C36 – Plumber’s License.

An “A-License General Engineering Contractor” is a contractor with the expertise and capabilities to work on public works such as city streets. As an A-General Engineering Contractor (License: #995136), we are fully authorized by the Contractors State License Board of California to perform a wide variety of services, including:

  • Water Lines
  • Sewer Lines
  • Electrical Conduit
  • Gas Lines
  • Drainage
  • Storm Drains
  • French Drains
  • Underground Utilities
  • Septic Systems
  • Water Storage Tanks
  • Irrigation
  • Excavating
  • Trenching
  • Grading
  • Paving
  • Surfacing Work
  • Streets / Roads

  • Foundations

We also hold a T1-Annual Trench/Excavation Permit (#616505) * with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA). Not all plumbing contractors have this permit, which is required by some counties and cities in the San Francisco Bay Area when digging more than 5 feet deep.

A “T1 Annual Trench Excavation” permit is a permit from the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (CAL/OSHA) that allows an excavation to be made for an underground utility.
