New Septic System Installation and Replacement Services

When you choose Freedom Underground, we take care of all aspects of the septic system installation or replacement, from sourcing materials to managing permits. Our services include:

  • Sourcing and Delivery: We handle all procurement of septic system components and arrange for delivery to your site.
  • Installation of Plastic or Cement Tanks: Whether you need a Norwesco Bruiser plastic tank or a cement tank like Don Chapin, we can install any type of septic system required.
  • Septic Drain Field Installation: We ensure your system functions effectively by installing septic drain fields (also known as leach fields). We offer both traditional leach lines and the Geoflow Subsurface Drip Dispersal System.
  • Old Tank Abatement: Also known as “Septic Abatement.” We safely remove and dispose of your old septic tank according to local building codes. This includes obtaining septic abatement permits as required.
  • Permit Management and Inspections: We file for all necessary permits with your county or city and coordinate with inspectors and engineers to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Orenco Advantex Certification: We are certified to install advanced systems like Orenco Advantex, giving you access to cutting-edge technology in septic system design.

A new septic system usually entails a permit from your county or, in some cases, your city. The permit requires a qualified engineer’s plan. If you have this plan, you can send it directly to us to obtain an estimate. Email that plan to us at 📩 [email protected]

Extend the life of your Current Septic System Rather than Replace

If you are not building a new home or expanding your property where a permit is required, an extension of your current field can be a cost-effective solution. A Septic System permit is a costly and time-consuming process that will require the property owner to hire a qualified engineer to perform soil testing and draw up a plan. This is necessary for new systems to ensure they meet the needs of the property.

However, existing systems that already meet the needs but now have one or their only drain field saturated can have the service life of the overall system dramatically with an extension of the existing drain field(s).

If space is available, we have extended existing drain fields and added new ones to existing systems, helping our customers avoid the need for a new system.

In these cases, while our project cost estimates are free, we may charge a small consultation fee if you need our expertise to find a solution for your drain field (if necessary, our field technician will advise during our estimate visit). If a consultation fee is required, we can credit it back to you as part of your drain field project.

Replacing your Septic Tank

If your septic tank has reached its end of service life, we can excavate, remove, and replace your old tank. Depending on the location and type of tank you require, we can advise on the most economical solution.
