Most repairs and installations require specific equipment, parts, and labor time specific to the location. For these types of projects, we provide a detailed, written scope of work. There is no cost for us to come out, inspect the site, and create this estimate.

If an Inspection or Water Leak Detection requires a repair project, we can credit you the cost of the Detection or Inspection Fee in most cases.
For standard services, we bill by hour as follows:
Water
Leak Locating/Detection: $375 1st hour, $175 every hour after. Depending on the length of the water line, we might need to add a surcharge to cover the cost of the tracer gas. We will discuss this with you on the phone.
Free Estimates for repairs when we know where the leak is located.
Sewer
Camera Inspection: $375 1st hour, $175 every hour after.
Sewer repair estimates are free, provided there is a cleanout present. If we have to go onto the roof to enter our camera through a vent pipe or remove a toilet, we will charge for our time.
Gas
Gas Leak Locating: $375 1st hour, $175 every hour after.
Septic Systems (Tank)
Septic Inspection: $375 1st hour, $175 every hour after.
Please note that a septic tank must be pumped before inspection. If the tank contains sludge, the camera will not be able to see much. To view the condition of Leach lines, there needs to be an access point such as a riser or distribution box to be able to inspect.
Utilities
Hydro Jetting: $500-$800.
Utility Locating: $375 1st hour, $175 every hour after.
